I'm so proud to have known these guys (and girl) for about 4 years now. I've seen them grow as people, performers, and artists. Though they were already extremely talented when we first met it's been awesome to watch other people around the world discover their talent as they continued working to better themselves. Was great getting to catch up with them for a couple days and watch "Dreamzone" Live; Shane Tarun, Sam Mangubat, and Jun Sisa. Hope you enjoy this cover we laid down in my room of "Hey Jude" by The Beatles.

A Case Of You - PRINCE / Joni Mitchell (Duet)
I've been obsessed with Prince's cover of "Case Of You" written by Joni Mitchell. It's in my top 10 favorite songs of all-time. I asked my friend Ahsia Adore to do a duet version with me, and I think we put our own unique twist on a classic. I improvised the second verse which isn't in the Prince version, and I was happy I had the chance to finally sing an A5 (note) on the 2nd chorus, just cuz singing high is always fun :)

ELESI - RIVERMAYA (Duet) - Monique Lualhati & David DiMuzio
Rico Blanco has long been my favorite Filipino songwriter. He was really the reason I first became interested in Filipino music. I loved his first solo album, and then started listening to the songs he'd written and produced for his first band Rivermaya.
Elesi was one of those songs, and still one of the most interesting melodic, rhythmic, and lyrical songs of Filipino Pop/Rock history.
This duet with Voice Of The Philippines runner-up Monique Lualhati I think takes the history of this classic song even a bit further with a unique ukulele duet interpretation we put together. I'm really proud of this cover for it's uniqueness, and variance from the original Rivermaya version. We hope you like it.

Richard Marx - Whatever We Started (Acoustic) Ukulele Version
Richard Marx has been one of my favorite singer/songwriters and personalities since high school. I have every album. His first is still my favorite, but his new one "Beautiful Goodbye" is one of his best in years. It's a great album to "chill" to and has a different feel to all his others. More electronic and sexy. Usually when artists try and switch up their sound and make it more "modern" I don't like it, but he pulled it off, and still sticks to his classic singer/songwriter style material as the glue that holds the new modern sound together. "Whatever We Started" is definitely my favorite song off the album, and "Suddenly" is my second favorite.
Hope you guys enjoy this acoustic ukulele version I threw together. I learned the chords a while back, then felt inspired late at night to pop on my camera and lay it down.

Pretty Chinese Ukulele Girl Sasa Sings "Take Me Home Country Roads" w/David D...
I met Chinese ukulele internet sensation 小sa神 - Sasa at a "mala tang (dry hot pot)" restaurant in Shanghai. We'd been following each other on Instagram for about a year. She always seemed very positive and cute in her posts, but when I met her in person I realized there was much more to her success than meets the eye. Sasa is extremely creative and entrepreneurial. She designed and sells the t-shirts we're wearing in this video on TaoBao the Chinese equivalent of Amazon. Sasa also came up with the idea of selling her ukuleles there and through her fanbase on the Chinese video app MeiPai she now sells thousands of ukuleles and t-shirts every year and has made enough money to pay for her own college tuition and master's degree (in accounting) that she will begin next year. Once I knew these facts the next "peace sign" selfie I saw her take carried a slightly different meaning.

Cheap Hair Transplants in Turkey - FUE
In this video with hair restoration surgeon Dr. Daniel McGrath we talk about the many discount hair transplant centers popping up around the globe in places like Malaysia, Turkey, India, Bangladesh, and the reasons why you might want to do a little extra research before going under the knife with one of them, or with any surgeon for that matter.
Here's the website Dr. McGrath mentioned: http://www.abhrs.com
American Board Of Hair Restoration Surgeons. Approved skilled surgeons outside of the US are also listed. Neither I or Dr. McGrath earn any money from you using a surgeon in this list.

Hair Systems & Wigs vs. Hair Transplants
The most important thing for me with these videos about hair restoration is to be full disclosure about all the different types of ways to make your hair look better, whether that's a men's wig, hair transplant, concealer, medication, micro pigmentation, or shaving your head ...etc. If it might help you feel and look better I want to talk about it.
In this video with hair transplant surgeon Dr. Daniel McGrath we talk about hair systems and how they can either be used by themselves or combined together with hair transplantation.

Free Fallin' - Tom Petty cover - feat. Danny Shamess
This guy Danny Shamess is undoubtedly the most talented and interesting singer/songwriter I've come across on a cruise ship in my 13 years of performing around the world across ten different cruise lines. After his performance onboard he stopped by my cabin for a chat and we decided to record a quick cover together for you guys. Hope you enjoy our impromptu jam of "Free Fallin'" by Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers.

You Raise Me Up - feat. Kaitlyn and her Celtic Flute
I've become a big fan of the Celtic flute. The airiness and presence of the sound makes the feeling I get when listening to it very special. Thanks to Celtic musician (from Scotland) Kaitlyn for introducing me through her own beautiful music. I hope you enjoy our rendition of You Raise Me Up. Just a live take done while hanging out after a show in my cabin.

What Vocal Program Should I Buy?
Everyday people ask me what vocal program they should buy. The truth is every single bit of helpful singing advice on singing technique is already on YouTube for FREE. If you want to spend money on singing then pay a great vocal coach for an in-person or video lesson where they can pinpoint the direction you might want to take your voice in terms of placement (resonance), breathing, tone, and many other factors. Don't waste lots of money on "vocal programs". You shouldn't be spending a significant amount of time doing the "practice scale" stuff in the them anyway. Focus on in-person (or web-video) one-on-one vocal lessons, building each individual note in your range on every vowel, and most importantly ...singing songs every day!

Should You Starve Yourself? - Intermittent Fasting Experiment
Panda Zhao and I have just finished our first week of trying intermittent fasting and already loving the lifestyle benefits, increased energy, and body fat-loss results. I've made this new video giving a quick overview. I highly encourage you give it a try for a week and see how you feel.
Some simple instructions BELOW to get you started intermittent fasting...
1. Simply focus on pushing your first meal 4-8hrs after waking. Start with 4-6hrs and increase up to 8hrs as you feel comfortable. Drinks LOTS of water!!
2. Don't think about fasting as restriction. Set your phone timer for 6hrs immediately up waking, and think of it as a game. If you wait to eat after the timer goes off you've won the game. Reward yourself with a great and delicious big meal. Also, give yourself small rewards like a nice cup of black coffee a few hours in.
3. ONLY drink caffeine like coffee/tea during the fasted state. Use as a reward and to suppress appetite. Don't start with the caffeine right away though.
4. Drink 0 calorie sparkling water like Pellegrino ...etc. during the fasted state to increase fullness.
5. Enjoy yourself once it comes time to eat. Eat delicious food. Just make sure you get the proper amount of nutrients ...greens, etc. that you should eat every day regardless of what your eating pattern is.
6. Listen to your body. Just remember that fasting is good for you and remember all the health benefits. Relax and embrace the new change of pace. This is NOT a diet. It's a new and improved eating schedule that can transform your body and your life.
